Calling all Jeremy Allen White lookalikes!

Following the wild success of a recent Timothée Chalamet lookalike contest — at which the Wonka actor himself made a surprise appearance! — a similar event for those who resemble White, 33, seems to be brewing in the near future.

X (formerly Twitter) user @girlflopping shared an image of a poster on Sunday, Oct. 27, that has since gone viral, advertising a "Jeremy Allen White Look alike Competition," which it states will take place at the Washington Square Park arch in New York City on Nov. 17 at 1 p.m.

"Prize: 2 packs of cigarettes + 7 day metrocard," the poster added, underneath information about the event and a photo of the Bear actor posing on a bicycle.

On Sunday, fans who organized the Timothée Chalamet Lookalike Competition and promoted it with posters around the city experienced multiple surprises at the event in Washington Square Park.

According to reports from NBC New York, hundreds of people gathered near the park's arch around 1 p.m., including fans dressed up as the 28-year-old actor’s famous characters such as Willy Wonka from Wonka and Bob Dylan from Chalamet’s upcoming biopic A Complete Unknown.

At one point, the Academy Award nominee surprised the crowd at the unofficial competition, with video of his arrival captured by the Associated Press and fans on X showing him waving, greeting fans and posing for photos as he pushed his way through the crowd, with fans screaming.

But New York Police Department officers quickly arrived on the scene to try and disperse the crowd for gathering without a permit, NBC reported. A police spokesperson told the outlet that at least one person was detained and issued summonses, and a video shared on X by one attendee alleged that the event's organizer was arrested.

In the video captured by AP, police could be heard blaring sirens and announcing, "You're all gonna get summonses" over a megaphone to encourage the crowd to disperse.
