Jennifer Lopez Steps Out for a Fashionable Black Friday Shopping Trip in L.A. — See Her Look!

Lopez celebrated her first Thanksgiving weekend since filing for divorce from ex-husband Ben Affleck in August

Jennifer Lopez is proving that simple is always in style.

The “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” singer, 55, stepped out for a little shopping in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Friday, Nov. 29, wearing wide-leg blue jeans, an elegant white button-up shirt, open-toe heels and a tan trench coat. She completed her chic Black Friday look with a neutral Hermès bag and oversized sunglasses.

Lopez styled her long hair in soft waves and wore natural, glowy makeup. She appeared in good spirits during the outing, smiling as she exited a vehicle and put her stylish shopping look on display.

The outing comes on the heels of Lopez sharing a peek into her Thanksgiving Day festivities. In the early morning hours of Friday, Nov. 29, the Enough star shared a photo on Instagram of herself smiling in front of a roasted turkey while wearing an autumnal sweater. She also sported statement earrings and a high ponytail.

"I hope everybody had a beautiful and Happy Thanksgiving. I am so incredibly grateful for all of you. 🧡," she captioned the post.

Lopez has been keeping her style choices varied as of late, leaning into a distinctly cozy aesthetic while out in Los Angeles on Nov. 16. Photos showed the pop star in a cropped tan puffer vest and long-sleeved hoodie along with a pair of matching high-waisted, drawstring joggers. She topped off the monochromatic ensemble with a striped scarf.

One day after stepping out in the cozy casual look, Lopez turned up the volume for a glamorous night out at the Governors Awards on Nov. 17. She dazzled on the red carpet in a Zuhair Murad FW24 Couture gown that featured a sheer, intricately beaded portion down the middle flanked by a black cape. She carried a coordinating Ellie Saab clutch.

This year marks Lopez’s first Thanksgiving weekend since splitting from ex-husband Ben Affleck. The pair rekindled their former romance in 2021 and tied the knot in July 2022. Lopez filed for divorce in August after two years of marriage.

For his part, Affleck, 52, spent Thanksgiving with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, volunteering at The Midnight Mission's annual Thanksgiving Street Fair, which provides free meals for L.A.’s homeless community. They were joined by their three children — Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.

“They truly enjoy giving back to their community and cherishing quality time together as a family,” a source told PEOPLE of the outing.
