Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck reunited on Thursday to celebrate the graduation of Affleck's daughter Violet. The couple actually spent the entire day together—and even engaged in some subtle PDA.

After being photographed earlier in the day on their way to festivities in honor of Violet's milestone, the husband-and-wife duo, who are reportedly dealing with some marital issues, were spotted at the ceremony. According to People, an onlooker noted that following the commencement, Lopez “seemed upbeat and engaged" as she chatted with her kids. Lopez and Affleck were joined at the event by Violet's mom and Affleck's ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, their two other kids, Seraphina and Samuel, as well as Lopez's twins ,Max and Emme, whom she shares with ex Marc Anthony.

In images obtained by the Daily Mail, Lopez and Affleck could be seen leaving the ceremony while holding hands, which marks the first sign of PDA in more than 50 days. Lopez can be seen wearing a peach-colored, belted, tea-length dress layered under a matching trench coat. Affleck wore a blue suit and no tie. The two casually talked while walking alongside their kids hand-in-hand.

Earlier in the day, Lopez and Affleck were spotted arriving to a pre-graduation celebration with his mother Anne Boldt. Lopez wore a plunging floral dress and Affleck carried a woven basket with a gift bag and tissue paper peeking out. The couple's last joint public appearance was on May 19, when they were seen leaving the Aero Theatre together.

This week, a source told Entertainment Tonight that the estranged couple is "trying to figure things out on their own," which means taking "space" from each other. A source confirmed to People earlier this month that the two were also living separately amid their ongoing struggles.
