Work, work, work, Ortega!

As Jenna Ortega does the press rounds for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, she’s taking method dressing to strange and unusual levels.

The actress, who plays Winona Ryder’s character Lydia Deetz’s daughter Astrid in the 1988 movie’s much anticipated sequel, stepped out in New York City on Aug. 19 in a custom Thom Browne fit that channeled the OG film’s unforgettable final scene.

Ortega was clad in a sweater which bore Deetz’s school’s emblem (Ryder wore a blazer with a near-identical adornment in her scene) a plaid skirt that was a dead-ringer for Deetz’s, plus two tone Mary Janes.
