Jenna Dewan is giving us the mid-week workout motivation we needed.

On Tuesday, the 41-year-old dancer took to Instagram to share a video of herself "back in the gym" in an advertisement for LA Fitness.

"Back at it," she captioned the post. "From at-home workouts over the past two years, it feels good to be back at @lafitness! You can just feel the positive energy when you walk in the door."

The actress and mom-of-two told fans she feels like she feels as though she can "take on anything" after a good workout, which she considers self-care.

"It can be challenging at times juggling work, a busy schedule, and taking care of my family, that it’s so easy for me to forget to take care of myself," she explained.

Fans quickly met her post with praise and thanked her for the "inspirational" message.

"The hottest mamma ever," one fan commented.

"You look so good! This was just the motivation I needed. You're so inspiring. Keep up the good work, mamma!" another fan wrote.

"Get it! Love to see it," one fan commented, with three flame emojis.

"Stunning," someone else added.

Dewan's post comes just a couple of months after she opened up to NewBeauty about how staying active has helped her manage anxiety.

"Over the past couple of years, we all had to pull out every tool we knew to stay balanced, find joy and go through some hard times," she said, adding that her form of self-care is dancing, hiking, taking her dogs for a walk, or taking a bath.

When asked what advice she wishes she could give her younger self, Dewan said she would have told herself to "really just let go, have fun, and to not worry so much."

"Speak your truth, say no when you must, and don’t worry so much. There is a lot of worry at times, and I know that goes for everyone, but everything works out. It always does," she said.

Back in October, the "Step Up" actress also revealed that she has felt a strong connection to her body since becoming a mom.

"As a dancer, I’ve always felt very connected to my body. But nothing (and I mean nothing) prepared me for the connection I built and grew with my body during pregnancy," she wrote via Instagram.

"I truly have never felt more strong and powerful than I did when I was pregnant with Evie and Callum, and making the time to work out and strengthen my body helps remind me of what we women are capable of," Dewan added.
