Jason Kelce Says He Uses Dance ‘Every Single Day’ to Keep His 3 Daughters ‘Up Off the Couch’
The retired NFL player shares his daughters Bennett, Elliotte and Wyatt with wife Kylie
Jason Kelce might not be playing football anymore, but he's found another way to work out — and it involves his three daughters.
Speaking at ESPN Media Day 2024 in Bristol, Conn., the retired NFL pro and proud girl dad shared that in his downtime, he's been spending time dancing around with his daughters Bennett, 18 months, Elliotte, 3½, and Wyatt, 4½, whom he shares with wife Kylie, 32.
"I'm dancing with my girls every single day, it seems like, to something," Jason, 36, says. "Whether it's on the TV or I just got to keep them occupied and get them up off the couch."
"Wyatt, she'll dance to anything. Benny's my favorite one to dance with right now because she's in that toddler stage where she kind of looks like she's just drunk all the time and wobbling around," he continues. "Not too sure of herself. So yeah, it's a lot of fun."

Back in June, Kylie spoke with PEOPLE about her family's Father's Day plans, sharing that there is one thing she never makes Jason do on the holiday.
"I'm actually doing a project with the girls for Father's Day so that we can give them gifts that they have made themselves," she shared.
"Not to spoil anything, but there's a lot of rocks at the beach, and our girls are fascinated with rocks. So we're taking some paints down to the beach today and we will hopefully be decorating rocks for Dad that he can keep as tokens of their love."
Kylie added that Jason is relatively easy to please.
"Outside of that, we'll do probably just a barbecue. I usually call him off of all dad duties that day. He will most definitely not be changing diapers or helping with potty time," Kylie noted.
"So, at the very least, he does get that. And he also usually gets to sleep in. I'll remove the girls from the house in the morning. We'll go and get some baked goods or some bagels — definitely, a large coffee — and we'll bring that back as a treat. And this year, he will get his rocks, too, so it'll be great."
In March, Jason spoke about how opinionated his toddlers can be on an episode of his podcast New Heights, sharing that while Kylie was in Milan for Fashion Week, his daughters ruled the house.
“I mean Wyatt is always in charge, really,” joked Jason at the time.

“You try to not make her be in charge," he continued. "I try to discipline her. It’s just hard. It is hard to reason with somebody that has no reason.”
