Japanese guitarist Erino Yumiki to perform alongside local fusion band Nadir in KL this weekend

KUALA LUMPUR, March 9 — Japanese guitarist and singer-songwriter Erino Yumiki will be rocking out this March 10 and 11, alongside local fusion band Nadir.

The concert organised by the Japan Foundation Kuala Lumpur (JFKL) will be held at The Bee, Publika. It is to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation.

Live music enthusiasts can expect to enjoy a fusion of Malaysian sounds coming together with Yumiki’s Jpop dance grooves at the two-night showcase.

Yumiki will be on vocals and guitar with the support of Nadir on stage.

The Malaysian band comprises Ashwin Gobinanth on drums, Zaim Zaidee on bass, Farique Nadzir on guitar and vocals, Santosh Logandran on percussion, Adil Johan on saxophone and Stephanie Tham and Lor Phaik Sim on keyboards.

The shows will begin at 8pm. Tickets are priced at RM40 and a special RM20 price for JFKL members, seniors above 60 years old, students and people with disabilities.
