Jang Nara announces upcoming marriage
7 Jun – K-drama darling Jang Nara recently announced that she is set to tie the knot soon.
The actress, who first became popular through the 2002 series, "Successful Story of a Bright Girl", shared the news on social media with a handwritten note.
It read, "Today I would like to share with you a personal but good news. I'm getting married!"
"After two years of dating a friend who is six years younger than me, who works in video, we promised to become life partners! I fell in love with his pretty smile, sincerity and good heart, and above all, his sincere attitude that puts all his heart into his work. I wanted to honestly convey this feeling of bliss to all of you who are precious to me!"
In the same post, Jang also stated that she is thankful for all the support of her fans, who have been with her since her debut, adding that she will return with a new project immediately after the wedding.
"I will become an actor who would do my best in every moment with a heart full of gratitude more than ever," she added.
At the same time, Jang also declined to share more about her fiancé, saying that she would respect his privacy as a non-celebrity.
