Spears is starring in season 23 of the U.K. competition show, which premieres Sunday
Jamie Lynn Spears has landed Down Under!
On Tuesday, the actress and singer, 32, was photographed arriving in Australia to film the new series of U.K. competition show I’m a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!
The Zoey 101 alum sported a casual look as she walked through Brisbane Airport in Queensland wearing a baseball cap, beige sliders and a black sweatshirt over a red outfit.
Spears, who smiled and waved to the camera, will be leaving her home comforts behind when I'm A Celebrity premieres on Sunday. The long-running ITV show follows contestants as they live in the Australian jungle and compete in grueling trials that regularly involve eating or crawling through thousands of worms, cockroaches, grubs, spiders and other creepy crawlies.
Ahead of Sunday’s season 23 premiere, Spears said she was "wildly excited and nervous,” according to an ITV press release.
“There is literally every misconception you can have on a person about me so I don’t take any of it seriously," she added about how she's ready to show the world who she really is. "Going on I’m A Celebrity will be a nice way for people to see the real me. This is an opportunity to be myself and do something really cool and have some awesome experiences in the meantime.”

“This was an amazing experience, and I’m very happy to have been apart of it, and soooo excited to see all the fabulous contestants and their partners continue to KILL it each week!!!!!” she added.
