Italy's National Day of COVID Remembrance Marked in Bergamo

Church bells rang in Bergamo’s Cita Alta to mark Italy’s national day of COVID-19 remembrance on March 18.

The day marks one year since the Italian army had to organize a convoy of trucks to take coffins away from Bergamo, which was the hardest-hit city during the first wave of the virus.
