Isyariana admits being wary of men
20 Feb – Isyariana recently admitted that watching how her mother had to struggle to take care of the family after separating from her father is one of the reasons she is still single at 33.
The actress and "Akademi Fantasia" alumna recently opened up about her personal life, saying that she is quite comfortable with her current status as a single woman despite most stars her age already getting married or getting engaged.
"It takes me a long time to get to know someone and they'd usually get bored and think that I have no effort to get to the next phase," she said.
The "Biarkan Ia Pergi" actress also admitted that being a child of divorce also made her wary of men.
"I was in a broken family, my parents were divorced, so I saw the real situation. Maybe because of that, it affected my trust in men. Being friends are fine, but to find a life partner, that may be difficult for now," she added.
Nonetheless, Isyariana stressed that she is not against marriage, and that she would get married when she finds the right man.
On the other hand, the actress' new drama, "Isteri Halal" is set to air beginning 27 February. It co-stars Uqasha Senrose, Aidit Noh and Nadzim Othman.
