Israel-Palestine war: America is waking up, albeit slowly
It is crystal clear that the United States government and most members of Congress no longer represent the interests of the American people.
They have so long been subjugated by the Israeli government and the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). The Israeli lobby in the US over the years, has managed to control many government agencies, including the media.
United States President Joe Biden has approved US$100 billion to fund the wars in Ukraine and Gaza. This money could have been better used to help the American people, especially the poor, the homeless, and those without medical protection. Instead, the Biden administration is using the money to finance Israel’s killing of helpless Palestinian citizens by sending bombs and other lethal weapons.
Before the advent of social media, Americans were fed with one-sided news from Zionist-controlled print and electronic media, that painted a demonic picture of the Palestinians, and an angelic, and victimised visage of Israelis.
The media that are pro-Israel, are guilty of journalistic malpractice, and loss of journalistic integrity and ethics. They have become the propaganda machines of the Israeli government and AIPAC.
Seven months into the conflict, the war rages on with the Israeli army having killed more than 34,000 civilians. So much for its humanitarian considerations. In fact, it wilfully targets innocent men, women, children, and babies.
However, US officials denied the numbers, saying that this was mere fabrication by Hamas. And it vehemently maintains that Israel, and its president Benjamin Netanyahu, are only defending the Jewish state. These erroneous statements and perceptions only confirm the power of AIPAC and the Israeli propaganda machine, which have shaped and distorted the minds of the American people to be partial and sympathetic towards Israel. Thus far, the gullible Americans, abetted by the Biden administration, have swallowed the propaganda, hook, line, and sinker.
That the Zionists and especially AIPAC controls the American administration is blatantly obvious, with Congress passing the anti-Semitism bill that defines anti-Semitism as “a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred towards Jews”. This broad definition also includes questioning the Jewish people’s right to self- determination, claiming that Israel is a racist state, and comparing Israel to the Nazis.
This discriminatory law to favour Israel/Jews over all others, including Americans, reminds us of Hitler’s ‘Deutschland uber alles’ (Germany, over all others).
To be fair, there should also be legislation against Islamophobia, anti-Blacks, and Asians, as well as against Hispanics. It is obvious that this special treatment of the Zionist Jews is because they control Congress and all institutions of governance, and almost all aspects of American life.
But now, the American people are slowly awakening from their intoxicated slumber to the realities of the Zionist regime, both in America and Israel. Through social media, Americans and the world are seeing the atrocities and cruelty of the Israeli regime, and the complicity of the Biden administration and AIPAC, in committing genocide. They have also lied to the American people by disseminating false news and information through their Zionist-controlled media, in addition to squandering taxpayers’ monies to serve their agenda.
At the same time, protests against Israel’s atrocities, and demands for a ceasefire, have erupted on campuses across America. To date, more than 60 campuses, including the Ivy League universities, have protested against the Israeli occupation and genocide, and are calling for a permanent ceasefire.
These developments have at least ‘breached’ the Israeli ‘Wailing Wall’ in Congress, with strong condemnations against Israel and Netanyahu, by Senator Bernie Sanders. Sanders told Netanyahu not to insult the American public by accusing them of being anti-Semitic, just to distract them from the massacre of over 34,000 innocent men, women, and children.
Sanders also said Netanyahu should be held accountable for his crimes against humanity.
Despite the US’ House of Representatives passing an anti-Semitism Bill last week, some 91 lawmakers had voted against the Bill, which will now go to the Senate for consideration.
The American people are just waking up to the realities of the diabolical agenda of the Zionist regime. They must now reclaim their land, and cleanse it of the evils of Zionism.
