Isabella Strahan is celebrating her 20th birthday and reflecting on how much her life has changed in the past year.

On October 28, Michael Strahan's twin daughters Isabella and Sophia celebrated their birthday with a trip to Disneyland. The proud dad and Good Morning America co-host posted photos from the vacation on Instagram and shared a sweet tribute to them.

“Happy Birthday to my baby girls, @isabellastrahan and @sophialstrahan! Can’t believe how fast 20 years have passed 😅” Strahan, 52, wrote. “Loved celebrating at Disney and looking to celebrate many many more my loves!! Love you😘❤️”

Isabella also documented the trip with her family and friends, posting a video from the trip on TikTok and pairing it with Sexyy Red’s song “It’s My Birthday.” She also reflected on how different her birthday looks this year compared to last year when she was just diagnosed with brain cancer.

Following her cancer diagnosis last year, Isabella went through six weeks of radiation, four rounds of chemotherapy and three brain surgeries. She documented her entire health journey on her YouTube series.
