Irina Shayk’s Roomy Fenty Top Has Us Second-Guessing Our Sweats

Irina Shayk takes the phrase dress to impress seriously. Even when off-duty, the model and face of many luxury brands makes sure that her outfits are always up to snuff. Indeed, unlike many of us, she hasn’t fallen into the trap of wearing sweats all day, every day.
Case in point: While venturing outdoors for a stroll in New York City with her daughter (who was also impeccably dressed), Shayk wore a head-to-toe ensemble that now has us looking at our own leisurewear with complete contempt. We could all follow her example and put some effort into what we wear daily. Better still, we should all get our hands on her complete look for our next adventure outside.
Shayk donned a roomy dark denim shirt by Fenty. (Side note: It’s not the first time she’s worn a piece from the buzzy label; she wore a similar style last summer while shopping—remember doing that IRL?—in SoHo with a matching skirt and white bandeau top.) She paired her button-down with cotton shorts by Intimissimi and combat boots by Bottega Veneta, and finished off the look with specs, a black cap by ’47, and hoop earrings by Jennifer Zeuner.
For us, the outfit and vibe is near perfect, but as she previously told BAZAAR.com, such a thing is far from the truth. “I don’t judge anyone,” she said. “But I always promote natural beauty because I think we live in this perfect world where everyone wants to be perfect. But I’m not perfect. Sometimes I have a double chin. Perfection doesn’t exist.”
