Intense Storm 'Rocks' North Georgia

Heavy rain and strong gusts of wind moved through Dahlonega, Georgia on Friday, August 5.

The National Weather service issued a severe thunderstorm warning and predicted wind up to 50mph and ping-pong sized hail. A flash flood warning was also issued for the region and advised against walking or driving through flood water.
