'Intense' Lake-Effect Snow Moves Through Cleveland Area

An “intense” band of lake-effect snow was moving through the Cleveland metropolitan area in Ohio on Thursday, April 1, cutting visibility and impacting travel, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.
