PAT GELSINGER: The world needs geographically balanced, resilient supply chain. As the world becomes more digital, semiconductors are permeating every aspect of human existence, every aspect of our economy, every aspect of our national security. This is more important than where oil reserves are.

Let's get this lab to fab supply chain where it meets our economic and national security interests. This just allows us to re-balance the supply chain to assure the technology leadership of our nation, our industry, and the world.
