Police officers in Cedar Park, Texas, celebrated Halloween on October 31 with an impressive costume display.

Footage posted to Facebook and Twitter by Cedar Park Police Department shows officers dressed up as characters from Toy Story including Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Mr Potato Head.
