Ina Naim is thankful for last moments with Suhaimi Saad
16 Nov - Ina Naim recently revealed that she is thankful that she and her husband Suhaimi Saad were able to forgive each other prior to his passing.
The 39-year-old, who lost her singer husband a week after he went into an induced coma due to lung infection, stated that Suhaimi asked her and their four kids not to cry and to pray for his wellbeing instead.
"I was the one who signed the letter of consent after the doctor said that it would lessen his pain. But before I did so, I asked him first and he agreed," she said.
Ina, real name Nordiana Naim, stated that she was initially positive that her husband would be okay based on the experience of Mohd Syahril, another member of her husband's former nasyid group, In-Team.
"I do accept that he is gone, but I am still not ready, because there are still a lot of things that I want to do with him," she said.
Suhaimi passed away on 15 November, a week after he was hospitalised in Johor Bahru.
He and Ina tied the knot in 2007, and welcomed two sons and two daughters.
