Sam Quek has revealed that she's expecting a baby girl with husband Tom Mairs.
The former I'm a Celebrity contestant and hockey player explained alongside the announcement that it comes 10 months after they suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage.
Sam wrote on Twitter: "I am delighted to (finally) announce that I am 6 months pregnant.
"After a devastating miscarriage earlier this year, I kept the news very private. However I’m now in a place where I can talk about what happened in the hope my experience can help others."
"I didn't want to speak to anyone," Sam said. "I had guilt and shame that it was my fault. I was looking back at everything I did during pregnancy and replaying every single minute. I put it all on me and my body."
The couple tried to conceive again during lockdown and Sam said that she became pregnant fairly quickly, but it wasn't until the 12-week scan that the couple felt comfortable sharing their good news.

"I was really overwhelmed," Sam said of the moment she realised her baby was healthy at the scan. "I just cried. It was pure relief at seeing the image on the screen and hearing the heartbeat."
Sam and Tom also revealed that they're using an app which they described as 'Tinder for baby names' to chose a name for their baby girl, who is due in February.
"You swipe for the ones you like and then it tells you which ones you’ve matched on," Sam explained.
"Tom continued: "There's 6,000 names. I liked 108, Sam liked 24 and we had 12 matches."
"I chose Thomasina and Beyoncé as a joke," Sam added. "We got down to a final six and now we're down to our final two!"
