Ice Fishers Take to Wisconsin's Chequamegon Bay as Lake Superior Freezes

Ice fishers took to Lake Superior near Ashland, Wisconsin, on December 27 as subzero conditions continued in the United States’ north.

This footage, shot by Cheryl Koval, shows groups of ice fishers setting up on Chequamegon Bay, an inlet on Lake Superior’s south which according to a local travel website is popular for fishing.
