Hungarian Emergency Crews Rescue Dog Trapped in Sewer

Emergency response crews worked together to free a 12-year-old dog stuck in a sewer in Tolna County, Hungary, on January 3, video shows.

The National Directorate General for Disaster Management shared footage of the rescue in a Facebook post, and said the dog, which had disappeared from a home in Vardomb on New Year’s Eve, was found trapped in a 30m-long closed drainage system.
