Inside the 'ultimate fixer-upper' Oxford terrace on sale for just £50,000
A three-bedroomed house in Oxford that was gutted by fire has gone up for sale for just £50,000.
The terraced property in Watlington Road, Cowley, was burnt to the ground in February, leaving it boarded up and with no roof.
But ten months after the blaze, it's now on the market with the bargain price tag and being touted as the 'ultimate fixer upper'.
Buyers have been warned that the house needs completely rebuilding, and repair work could run into thousands of pounds.
The listing on estate agents and auctioneers McHugh and Co also warns potential buyers that they view the house "at their own risk" due to the condition of the building.

The three-bed terraced house is located close to local shops and public transport.
Its ground floor has a reception room and kitchen, while the three bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. It also has a front and back garden.
The house's previous owner, 77-year-old Martin Patten, was killed in the same fire that destroyed the house, alongside his dog Jolly.
At the time, family friend Lynne Berry embarked on a mission to raise £35,000 to help rebuild the home which is "barely a shell" but cancelled the fundraiser after receiving online abuse.
The house will be auctioned on Thursday, 2 December.
