A hotel customer kicked a robot out of an elevator in southern China. CCTV footage filmed in the city of Chengdu in Sichuan Province on October 2 shows a robot attempting to move into an elevator being kicked out by a customer. When the robot tried to move into the elevator for the second time, the customer kicked it even harder, knocking it over onto the floor. According to a hotel employee, the robot was damaged but still works. Since it was during China's National Day holiday, the hotel did not ask for compensation from the customer. The video was provided by local media with permission.
