At least 16 thousand people were evacuated from the Sula Valley region of Honduras as of November 6, local media reported.
Tropical Depression Eta brought widespread flooding to the country, killing at least 35 people, local media reported.
As of the evening of November 5, Eta had weakened to a tropical depression, the National Hurricane Center said, but was expected to regain tropical storm strength over the Caribbean.
