Home and Away spoilers follow for UK viewers.
Home and Away's Jasmine Delaney continues to struggle next week after reluctantly returning to Summer Bay.
Jasmine (Sam Frost) is currently taking time out on the Shaw family farm after facing a backlash over her unhealthy obsession with Tori Morgan's baby daughter Grace.
Upcoming episodes on Channel 5 see Jasmine head back home to the Bay after Irene Roberts (Lynne McGranger) and Colby Thorne (Tim Franklin) visit her on the farm, begging her to come back.
Although Jasmine agrees, her reappearance in the Bay doesn't go well when Tori (Penny McNamee), Justin (James Stewart) and Colby all sit her down for an intervention at the Diner.
Jasmine is confronted over her recent troubling behaviour, but she struggles to handle the situation and flees back home to Irene's place.
Back at the house, Irene worries when Jasmine threatens to leave the Bay again, seeing her return as a big mistake.
Tori isn't ready to give up on Jasmine so easily, so she insists on talking to her again – this time without Justin's stern presence.
Justin has appeared unsympathetic towards Jasmine's point of view in recent weeks, so Tori and Colby hope there'll be less pressure on her if he isn't around.
When they talk on their own, Tori tries to make Jasmine see that she needs professional help in order to overcome her troubles.
Meanwhile, Willow Harris (Sarah Roberts) also faces tensions with Jasmine, confronting her over her decision to abandon the gym – and their friendship.
The housemates slip back into an argument, during which Willow issues some home truths to Jasmine.
Later, Jasmine starts to realise that she needs to build bridges with her friends in the Bay, rather than pushing them away.
Tori is relieved when Jasmine's perspective starts to change, but will it be enough to fix things?
Home and Away airs these scenes on Monday, August 31 and Tuesday, September 1 at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5.
