Home and Away spoilers follow from Australian-pace episodes, which some UK readers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has hinted at a possible new baby storyline for Jasmine Delaney.

Jasmine spoke about the possibility of becoming a mum in Wednesday's episode on Australian screens (November 4), hinting that she wanted it to happen sooner rather than later.

The nurse confided in her friend Irene Roberts (Lynne McGranger), who pointed out that she isn't currently in a relationship.

Jasmine (Sam Frost) suggested that this wouldn't necessarily be a factor, as she could follow in Tori Morgan's footsteps by asking a friend to be the father of her baby.

Viewers saw Tori reach a co-parenting arrangement with Robbo Shaw two years ago, which ultimately led to the arrival of baby Grace.

In the latest scenes, Jasmine told Irene: "Maybe I should try IVF too. I think there was a reason why I thought I was pregnant. It was a sign. Maybe it's time for me to have a baby of my own.

"If Tori can do it, I can too. I just need a donor."

Jasmine later decided that Colby Thorne (Tim Franklin) could be the perfect person to ask, realising how much she trusted him.

Unfortunately, just as Jasmine was about to chat to Colby about the possibility, she received a huge shock as the corrupt policeman was finally arrested by Angelo Rosetta for the murder of Ross Nixon.

Angelo seized on Colby in public at the Diner, hoping that he finally had enough evidence to secure a conviction against his enemy.

The chances of Jasmine and Colby having a child together are suddenly looking slim, but could Jas still look at other options?

Home and Away's Australian broadcasts are currently running one month ahead of those in the UK.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia).
