'Holy Cow': Large Waterspout Forms in Pensacola Bay
A large waterspout formed over waters near Pensacola, Florida, on Monday, June 6.
Sandy Mahn Watley was among several people who captured video of the phenomenon, and is heard saying “holy cow” as she filmed the towering waterspout moving over Pensacola Bay.
