Refresh for updates… Hollywood and the Beltway weighed in – right and left – on today’s inauguration of Donald Trump as the 47th president of the United States. Some joked, others were very, very serious.

“As of 12:02 EST,” the Daily Show tweeted, “we officially declare an end to Dry January.”
