Hollyoaks Does Come Dine with Me spoilers follow.

Come Dine with Me has crowned its top soap star after a week of Hollyoaks specials — and the winner might just deserve a recording contract too!

Friday's (October 23) E4 episode capped off a week of Hollyoaks Does Come Dine with Me episodes, where Jeremy Edwards (Kurt Benson) managed to come top of the leaderboard over Jorgie Porter (Theresa McQueen), Rishi Nair (Sami Maalik), Ruby O'Donnell (Peri Lomax) and Gary Lucy (Luke Morgan).

Since Edwards just returned to the soap this week for 25th birthday, he had the special pleasure of finishing off the week with his menu of a bento sushi box, monkfish curry and a birthday cake for dessert. Nick Pickard (aka Tony) even dropped by to help make the cake!

Rishi was coming into Friday's episode with a high score of 35 for the week, but Jeremy tried to add to ambiance with a rap about the best pop culture moments of 1995.

"He was amazing. You know, I was surprised," Gary admitted. "He could give Stormzy a run for his money — ish!"

Jeremy's Hollyoaks 25th anniversary rap was so impressive that he scored 39 out of 40 to win. In fifth place was Gary, fourth place was Jorgie, third place was Ruby and second was Rishi.

It seems unlikely that Jorgie Porter's week on Come Dine with Me will inspire her to be more adventurous in the kitchen, as the cooking was her least favourite part of the show.

"Mine was probably the worst, I'm not going to lie. I did try really hard," she admitted.

"I asked, 'Can I just order mine in?' They said, 'No!' But you'll see it's funny, and I really enjoyed filming it. I didn't think we'd have that much fun but it was actually a good laugh."
