Hollyoaks airs fallout of Brody Hudson car crash

From Digital Spy

Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Brody Hudson is alive following his car crash in Hollyoaks, as Liberty Savage has made a shocking decision over baby Faith.

Thursday's first-look episode opened with a tortured Sienna telling Warren that Brody was in hospital and "could die" after Liberty hit him with the car, so she'd need to rush to his side.

"On top of everything else, I have to deal with the fact that while that was happening, I was here with you, cheating on him," she vented.

Warren insisted: "I am sorry about what happened with Brody, okay. But that doesn't change me and you. You look me in the eye and you tell me that what happened with us was a mistake."

"It was a mistake," Sienna insisted.

Meanwhile, Liberty (Jessamy Stoddart) remained convinced that she'd killed Brody even though Damon (Jacob Roberts) tried explaining that Brody wasn't actually dead.

"You're freaking me out Lib… I need you to promise you aren't going to try skipping town with Faith again," Damond asked.

Liberty promised she wouldn't go anywhere, but was still haunted by her delusions. At the hospital, Sienna and Damon learned that Brody was rushed into emergency surgery because of a collapsed lung.

The two received encouraging news later on from Nurse Peri that the surgery was a success, meaning Sienna would be able to "pick up where [they] left off" once Brody recovered.

Sienna didn't waste much time in trying to come clean over what she'd done, but the now-conscious Brody interrupted her before she could fully confess.

"You and Warren have been through a lot, I know," he interrupted. "You've got a weird and twisted relationship. I get it, but I still love you. All I really need to know is I'm who you want to be with."

Meanwhile, Warren admitted to Joel that he was still in love with Sienna even though their dynamic was "messy" and "unpredictable".

"It's not perfect, but with her, I just feel complete," Warren said.

Warren was crushed to receive a phone call from Sienna telling him that she would only speak to him about their children from now on — though she looked conflicted.

Back at the hospital, Brody assured Sienna that they would have "a total clean slate" once he was well enough to leave the hospital.

"Whenever you're ready to come home, we're going to be right there waiting for you," she promise.

Elsewhere, Liberty was again being haunted by the spectre of Nico telling her that she should take the opportunity to run away with Faith while Sienna is distracted.

Sienna approached to take Faith home, but Liberty rushed away after telling her sister that she would be keeping the baby!

Hollyoaks currently airs new episodes from Mondays to Thursdays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4. Classic episodes, titled Hollyoaks Favourites, air on Fridays at 7pm on E4.
