KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 7 — He may be a 67-year-old senior citizen but Hong Kong’s ‘Mr Nice Guy’ Chow Yun-fat still packs a punch.

The screen idol participated in the Hong Kong Cross Country Championships 2022 recently and he clocked in an impressive 56 minutes and 39 seconds in his 10 kilometres category, coming in 37 among a group of 41 participants, hk01 reported.

In pictures shared on social media, Chow was wearing a white long-sleeved top with black track pants, a change from his usual black long-sleeved top with black track pants.

A video shared by the organiser Hong Kong Association of Athletics Affiliates at the starting point showed Chow at the back of the group.

While participants rushed ahead at the sound of the air horn, Chow took his time to get off from the starting line.

After the race ended, Chow obliged the participants with group photographs.

The Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon actor is known to be an avid exercise buff.

Besides jogging, he also hikes and would oblige fans with photographs if they ask.
