Him Law has always wanted to work with Willie Wai

12 Aug – TVB actor Him Law recently admitted that one of the reasons he was interested in filming the new drama, "The Witness", was due to the opportunity of working with a certain senior actor.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who spoke to the media at the press conference of the said drama recently, shared that he has always wanted to work with 54-year-old actor, Willie Wai (Wai Kar Hung).

"My wife [Tavia Yeung] used to cooperate a lot with him in the past, but I never had the opportunity to collaborate with him. This is a good chance," he said.

Willie and Tavia have worked together in several dramas including 2007's "On the First Beat" and 2014's "Storm in a Cocoon".

Him also reiterated his previous reason for returning to TVB after three years, saying that he would like to stay in Hong Kong and spend more time with his family, after spending a lot of his time filming in mainland China in the past couple of years.

Meanwhile, when asked if Tavia has plans to film a TVB series in the near future, the actor said that it may not be any time this year.
