Hilaria Baldwin's son had a tough weekend.

On Sunday, Oct. 6, Baldwin shared that her 6-year-old son Romeo received stitches over the weekend, sharing a selfie with her son displaying his stitches on her Instagram Stories.

"Romeo banged his head...stitches like a champ," she wrote over the photo. "Grateful @drchrisfunderburk for making this as painless of an experience as possible."

She also added a poll on the photo, writing, "Why do these things always happen on weekends?" with two answers: "I know, right?" and "The universe demons says: happy Sunday!"

Hilaria shares her seven kids with husband Alec Baldwin, 66 — Carmen, 11, Rafael Thomas, 9, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 7, Romeo Alejandro DavidEduardo "Edu" Pao Lucas, 3, María Lucía Victoria, 3, and Ilaria Catalina Irena, 2. The actor is also dad to daughter Ireland, 28.

Speaking with Vogue in September, the entrepreneur shared a day in her life as a mom of seven, which began at 5 a.m. and ended around 8:30 p.m. As she discussed what her kids do after school, Hilaria noted that she doesn't love having her kids on screens, instead preferring to have them complete creative activities.

"Screen time is such a battle for parents these days and I'm grateful for activities that bring out their creativity," Hilaria said. "Watching them with their little conversations together warms my heart."

"Fostering their closeness is one of my main focuses in being their mother. I hope they will always be lifelong best friends."

In May, Alec appeared on a recent episode of the Our Way with Paul Anka and Skip Bronson podcast and spoke with Paul Anka and Skip Bronson about whether he plans to grow his family.

"I'm the only person I know who drops four kids off at school in the morning and comes home and I still have three kids waiting for me when I get home," Baldwin teased on the podcast.

Anka then asked if Alec and his wife would have more kids.

"Oh man, how dare you ask me that question," the star said with a laugh. "I think I'm done."

"I found that as I got older, work became less interesting to me. I'm interested, you know, I wanna work and I like to work. But they just don't make that many films anymore that I think are interesting," Baldwin continued. "Plus, we're all older. Whatever I've done in the past, I try not to be duplicative of that."

"Then all of a sudden I met my wife, who I love dearly. And every time the [youngest] baby would get to be 2 years old, we go, 'Maybe it's time for one more baby — just one more baby…' So we have seven kids."
