Here's why “The Masked Singer” is a rerun tonight and how to watch this week's new episode
Plus, what to expect from the very special Thanksgiving helping.
Don't be alarmed fellow armchair detectives — The Masked Singer may be in reruns tonight during its usual Wednesday time slot at 8 p.m. ET/PT, but it's for a good reason.
That's right, viewers will have an extra reason to be thankful on Thanksgiving this year, as the newest episode of the zany celeb singing show will air instead on Thursday night from 8-9 p.m. ET/PT.
Fittingly, the episode will celebrate all things Turkey Day, complete with special guests — the whole beloved Peanuts gang — because nothing says “Thanksgiving” like A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, which has served up over 50 years of family fun, traditions, and memories.

Additionally, panelists Rita Ora and Robin Thicke make turkey day dreams come true with their showstopping rendition of “You Make My Dreams Come True.” Then, the Group C finals commence. The remaining masks — Strawberry Shortcake, Royal Knight, and Sherlock Hound — will give Thanksgiving-themed clues and belt out hits like, “I Hope You Dance,” “Holiday,” and “Ho Hey.”
From there, it all culminates in a Battle Royale and double elimination, when the final quarterfinalist will be revealed. This celebrity will join Goo, Buffalo, and Wasp in the quarterfinals episode airing on Wednesday, Dec. 4.
Fans who need to catch up on season 12 of The Masked Singer can still tune in tonight, though, as a rerun of "Who Are You Fest Night" is airing in lieu of a new episode.
