Helicopter Drops Water on 10,000-Acre Halfway Hill Fire in Central Utah
Firefighters worked to contain the Halfway Hill fire in Millard County, Utah, as helicopters dropped water on flames on Tuesday, July 12.
Officials reported the Halfway Hill fire was at five percent containment on Wednesday. The fire covered 10,436 acres.
The Millard Sheriff said their investigation determined the fire was human-caused and made four arrests on July 9.
