Heavy Snow Set to Continue in Southeast Minnesota

A large and slow-moving winter storm was expected to continue into the afternoon of Thursday, February 23, bringing blizzard conditions to southeast Minnesota, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

Snow was expected to taper off by the end of the day with a chance of light snow on Friday, the NWS said on Thursday morning.
