Heavy Snow Seen in Tahoe City, California, Amid Weather Warnings

Heavy snow was seen in Tahoe City, California, on Tuesday, November 8, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a winter storm warning in the region.

The NWS warned of snow accumulations of up to 18 inches and winds gusts as high as 65 miles per hour over higher elevations. It also said travel would be “very difficult to impossible.”
