Heavy Snow in Parts of New York Amid Winter Weather Advisory

There was heavy snow in New York around Buffalo, Rochester, Oswego and nearby areas on Wednesday, January 25, which the National Weather Service said would mean low visibility.

The service issued a winter weather advisory for Jefferson, Lewis, and Oswego counties on Wednesday, which was in effect until 7 pm on Thursday.
