Heavy Rain and Wind Hit Pittsburgh Amid Tornado Warnings
Strong wind and rain walloped areas near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, amid tornado warnings on the evening of October 21.
This footage, uploaded to Twitter by Kenneth Kissel, shows the heavy rain and wind lashing his home in Brackenridge.
The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for the area on Thursday night.
