Heavy Rain Soaks Westchester County, New York

Heavy rain fell over the tristate area on Thursday afternoon, July 8, as the area braced for even more rain with the arrival of Tropical Storm Elsa.

Footage shared by Lysa Hoffman shows buckets of rain coming down on Eastchester, a town in southern Westchester County, New York. A flash flood warning was in effect for the county until 7 pm.

“Just a little rain,” Hoffman jokes in the video.
