Heavy Rain and Melting Snow Cause Flooding in Southern British Columbia

Canadian officials warned of potential local flooding and rising river levels on British Columbia’s South Coast due to heavy rain and melting snow on Wednesday, January 12.

Footage filmed by Ryan Voutilainen shows flooded fields in Delta, one of the drier areas of Metro Vancouver, he wrote in a caption. The second clip shows an accumulation of floodwaters from the last 36 hours, he said.
