Heavy Rain Floods New York City Subway Station

Heavy rain inundated New York City on Thursday afternoon, July 8, partially submerging the 157th St Subway station in Washington Heights, footage shows.

Paullee Wheatley-Rutner recorded video at the northbound entrance to the 1 train showing passengers wading through knee-high water.
