Heavy Rain Brings Flash Flooding to French Town of Agen

Flash flooding was reported in the French town of Agen on Wednesday, September 8, amid record rainfall.

France’s weather forecasting service said initial findings indicated two months worth of rain fell in the area on Wednesday, breaking a record set in 1990. Agen’s town hall said as much as two meters of flooding was reported on some streets.
