The HDB BTO Oct 2024 locations are out! This upcoming October BTO 2024 launch will see 8,573 units spread across 15 projects in nine locations.

HDB BTO October 2024: Latest BTO News
In the October 2024 BTO exercise, 8,500 BTO flats will be available across Ang Mo Kio, Bedok (across three sites), Bukit Batok, Geylang, Jurong West, Kallang/Whampoa (across three sites), Pasir Ris, Sengkang (across two sites), and Woodlands
Unlike previous years, this is the third and final BTO launch for 2024, bringing the total number of BTO flats launched in 2024 to 19,600
The Oct 2024 BTO flats is released under the Standard, Plus, and Prime categories; singles are able to apply for all 2-room Flexi BTO flats, regardless of location
The first homes in Bayshore have launched; we can expect about 7,000 Bayshore Oct 2024 BTO flats

There are three Kallang/Whampoa Oct BTO 2024 sites in the upcoming launch. The first Kallang/Whampoa October BTO 2024 project, Towner Breeze, is bounded by the Central Expressway and May Road.
