In the Chencharu Hills Yishun HDB BTO June 2024 launch, 1,277 BTO flats are launched in non-mature estate Yishun. The other BTO sites in the same launch will be in Jurong East, Kallang/Whampoa, Queenstown, Tampines, and Woodlands.

Beginning this year (2024), the annual BTO launches will be scaled back to three, scheduled for February, June, and October, instead of four
HDB intends to introduce fewer BTO flats in 2024, with an estimated 19,600 units compared to the 22,780 units launched in 2023
As highlighted in the National Day Rally 2023 speech, the June 2024 HDB BTO launch will signify the cessation of estate categorisation into mature and non-mature categories
Following this, starting from the latter half of 2024, newly launched BTO flats will be classified as Standard, Plus, or Prime
