Listen, folks. I'm not here to tell you what to do. (Vote.) While I believe in the value of good advice, I would never presume to lay out, in explicit terms, what you should, say, do with your time this Tuesday. (Go vote. Now. If you haven't cast your ballot yet, stop reading this immediately and do it.) But if you're looking to glean a little guidance from someone other than me, someone who we all know and love, might I please direct you towards one Harry Styles? Yes? Fantastic.

Here he is yesterday in Los Angeles, on the set of Olivia Wilde's Don't Worry Darling, which is currently in production.

You might be drinking in the soft, pleasing tones of his Elder Statesman sweats. You might notice that he's wearing a pair of New Balance 574s, which is a pretty great everyguy swerve when paired with pants that tend, unapologetically, towards the fancier side of things. Or you might be looking at his shirt, and the pretty-much-unmistakable message on the back: "Vote! Vote! Vote! Vote! Vote!" That's five—count 'em, five—exclamatory sentences, all saying the same thing: Vote.

So, should you vote? Again, I'm not in the business of doling out rules for how one should live one's lif—oh, fuck this. Yes, you should vote. If you have already, well, thank you. You've done your civic duty and you should be proud of yourself. If you haven't? Honestly, what the hell? Stop reading about Harry Styles right this instant and get down to the polls. In case you hadn't heard, this is a pretty big one. I mean, shit! Harry's not even American and he knows the deal. What's stopping you?

Allow me to propose a deal. Once you've voted, you can settle back into the cozy embrace of your home, wrap yourself in a blanket, and buy the very same shirt Harry wore. Well, not the exact shirt. But the same design. It's by Free & Easy and it's still available in a full size run. Will it carry the same weight when you get it as it does today? Yes! Vote! For fuck's sake. Vote.
