Hard-Working Bears Paw and Scratch to Get Treats Out of Toy

Rescued bears at Orphaned Wildlife Center in Otisville, New York, worked hard to get some delicious treats out of PVC pipe toys on June 22.

Footage shared by the center shows the bears, named Amy and Sonya, sniffing, scratching, and licking the toys to get to the food inside. The caption under the original Facebook post of the video explains that the toys were filled with treats such as chicken strips and peanuts.

According to the Orphaned Wildlife Center’s website, Amy and Sonya are sister Syrian brown bears who will not be released back into the wild as they are not native to North America. Credit: Kerry Clair via Storyful
