Guy Fieri's Son Ryder Shares New Family Photos to Celebrate End of High School Career: 'Senior Year in the Books'

The 18-year-old's post comes weeks after he celebrated prom

High school is over for Guy Fieri's son Ryder — and he's celebrating!

"Senior year in the books🙏🏼❤️," the 18-year old captioned a carousel of photos on Instagram on Thursday, June 6.

The post featured photos of Ryder posing with Guy, 56, and his older brother Hunter Fieri, 27, shots of him playing sports with teammates, pictures with his girlfriend Sophie dressed for prom and photos of the whole family, including Guy's wife Lori.

"Bright future ahead💗," Sophie commented on the set of photos.

The proud dad re-shared Ryder's post on his own Instagram Stories.

The couple's youngest son has been documenting the end of high school on Instagram and first shared the prom photos in a post on the social media platform in April.

"Last one❤️📸,” he captioned a carousel of photos from the event, under which his girlfriend replied, "i love you!" and in another comment, said he was "the best date💕"

While Ryder is excited about the next phase of his life, (he's headed to  San Diego State University in the fall) Guy recently told PEOPLE that his youngest son's upcoming move is going to be difficult for Lori.

"I am on the road a lot. I'm busy. I'm doing things, and her number one priority has been doing a great job of taking care of the family. And now she's feeling it," Guy said of his wife.

"So we're just like, 'Lori is going to enroll, and go to continuing education,'" Guy joked.

Lori admitted as much in her own April Instagram post about Ryder going to prom.

"Senior prom. Last one 😢 I’m not ready for him to leave the nest," she captioned a carousel of photos of Ryder and Sophie dressed in their coordinating outfits.
