Guan Xiaotong shares her inspiration for weight loss
14 Dec – Easily being seen as "fat" due to her height, Guan Xiaotong recently revealed that she has her own way of making sure that her weight does not fluctuate too much.
That is by looking at photos of American supermodel Kendall Jenner.
As reported on Epoch Times, the actress, who is 173 cm tall, shared in an interview recently that she is often being ridiculed of being "fat" by the outside world because of her size.
Although she does not mind it that much, Guan admitted that she has the tendency to overeat due to her big appetite, and that her mother would take pictures of her looking "fat" on TV from time to time and sends them to her as a reminder.
Thus, as a way to remind herself to watch what she eats, Guan said that she has changed her mobile phone's wallpaper to a photo of the reality show star-turned-supermodel.
"I also learn how to eat healthy meals from Kendall. Not only does it change my figure, but my skin is also improved. It shows that when you start to change, these small rewards are like gifts. It's really addictive," she added.
